Before becoming a piano technician and moving to Seattle, I taught piano lessons and performed locally in Alabama. I’m delighted to now offer piano lessons in the Ballard neighborhood of Seattle.

My musical education includes studying piano with notable instructors such as Barry Snyder, Roy Wylie, Ronald Shinn, Michael Gurt, Monica Horn, Mildred Little, Herbert Stessin, Maria Clodes Jaguaribe, and others who generously shared their passion for music with me. I also attended prestigious summer programs including the Sewanee Summer Music Center, Aspen Music Festival and School, and the Boston University Tanglewood Institute. I hold a Bachelor of Music degree from the Eastman School of Music.

I teach students of all ages and skill levels—both children and adults. Each lesson is tailored to fit your individual learning style and musical goals. My aim is to make your musical journey fun, stress-free, and engaging!
